Hi! I’m Jillian. I am so passionate about sharing the message of what it means to truly love and accept ourselves just as we are!! It has been a journey of many experiences, challenges and learning that has brought me to this place of loving and accepting myself. I want to help girls  become empowered and confident and know that they are supported by others along the way.  I believe that when we teach children to embrace who they are, then there are endless possibilities in what they can achieve and how they can help make this world a better place.

I am a mom of 3 children and step mom of 2!! I love the outdoors, yoga and spending time with my friends and family! I have taught yoga in local schools and community centers and I also work full time helping children and families. I knew when I was a teenager that because of my own challenges of poor body image and low self esteem that I wanted a career that allowed me to help others. I studied psychology at St. Mary’s University in Nova Scotia and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts. I returned back to Newfoundland and began working with children and youth where I still am and loving it!!

I am so excited to bring the One Girl program to Newfoundland and Labrador and provide positive and supportive workshops to the girls in this province!!
