Hi! I’m Reegan. I have worked alongside children and youth for several years, whether it be as a dance or swim instructor, sports coach, or camp facilitator. I am passionate about empowerment and assisting children and youth to succeed to their highest potential.
As a recent graduate from the Honours Bachelor of Social Work program at Lakehead University, I plan to continue my education through both Masters and PHD programs, with the goal of specializing in mental health and addictions.
I am actively involved within the community through my work and volunteer efforts in Thunder Bay as well as internationally with the Cambodia Volunteer Foundation. I am grateful to have had my commitment recognized by several agencies that awarded me multiple scholarships throughout my University education.
Investing time and effort into the lives of girls and youth promotes a healthier and more prosperous community. Every girl has the right to be in charge of her future, and in partnership with One Girl, I hope to unleash the untapped potential of every girl involved in my Chapter!
